1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website https://academiasupport.in ("Site") or placing an order with Academia Support ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Our Services
Academia Support provides academic support services including, but not limited to: model essay drafts, dissertation outlines, thesis frameworks, research proposal guidance, proofreading, and editing. All work produced by us is intended solely as a reference model, study guide, or research aid. It must not be submitted as your own original work to any educational institution. Use of our materials in a manner that violates your institution's academic integrity policy is your sole responsibility.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Orders & Payment
• All orders must be placed through our official contact channels (website, email, or WhatsApp). • Payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing. • We accept payment via the methods displayed on our Site. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.
5. Revisions & Refunds
• We offer revisions in accordance with the original brief. Requests that change the original scope may incur additional charges. • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. A full refund may be issued if we are unable to deliver the agreed service. Partial refunds may be issued if partial work has been completed. • No refund is available once a completed document has been downloaded or accessed.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered material for personal academic reference only. We retain the copyright to all materials produced. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our materials in any form.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your identity or order details to any third party except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: • Submit our work as your own to any educational institution. • Use our services for any unlawful purpose. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our services or materials. • Provide false information when placing an order.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Academia Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any academic consequences resulting from misuse of our materials. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
